Benjy is a seasoned bike enthusiast with over 21 years of experience in the cycling industry. His journey began as a bike mechanic for brands like Specialized, Giant and Cannondale. Along the way, he became a co-owner of a bike shop for several years. Now he's the founder and sole owner of Fix'd Concierge Bike Repair.
His passion is fueled by the joy of connecting with fellow cyclists and the satisfaction of expertly building, maintaining and repairing bikes.
Benjy founded Fix'd to enhance convenience for the local bike community. While traditional bike shops are great, they often come with long wait times. That's where Fix'd steps in. Instead of waiting days, or even up to 10, for your bike to be ready, Benjy ensures a day-of turnaround.

Benjy's mobile bike repair van is a fully equipped workshop on wheels. It features an ultrasonic cleaner for the toughest grease, a custom spoke cutter for precise wheel work, and an air compressor for quick tire inflation. With industry-standard tools on hand, Benjy is ready to service all road, gravel, and mountain bikes efficiently and professionally.
Ready for a new bike? He can build a brand-new bike from scratch, starting with unboxing the frame and all the accessories. Whether it's a new build, maintenance, or repairs, Benjy ensures you're safely back to peak performance on two wheels.
